Please allow 2 weeks for all non-sublimated items to be completed. 

If your order is being shipped and it has sublimated and non-sublimated items.  Your order will ship when everything is available. 

If an item is out of stock after an order has been placed your credit card will be refunded to that item.

Once orders are placed all sales are final.

You can choose between UPS shipping and In Store Pick Up.  You will receive an email notification when your order has either shipped or is ready for pick up.
